Claim for 300 thousand rubles. submitted to the Art Center, which owns the Mutabor club, where blogger Anastasia Ivleeva’s “naked” party took place. TASS reports this.
According to the publication, the Russian Copyright Society is demanding money from the club, which believes that the defendant is behind on payments for music and is asking for compensation.
The claim was filed with the Moscow Arbitration Court. The meeting date has not yet been set.
Also on January 9, the Lefortovo Court in Moscow is scheduled to consider the issue of suspending the work of Mutabor, which Rospotrebnadzor accused of violating sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
Let us note that the club’s problems began after Ivleeva’s party was organized there in December with an almost naked dress code. Singer Philip Kirkorov, journalist Ksenia Sobchak, singer Lolita, rappers Dzhigan and Vacio (Nikolai Vasiliev) and others were seen at the event. Despite subsequent apologies from Ivleeva herself and other party participants, mass cancellations of events with their participation began in Russia. In addition, a claim against Ivleeva for 1 billion rubles was registered in a Moscow court. Ivleeva herself was fined 100 thousand rubles.
