Endocrinologist Zuhra Pavlova listed lazy ways to lose excess weight after New Year’s holidays and feasts.
The doctor spoke about seven steps on the path to slimness without sacrifice or grueling workouts. According to her, it’s about small changes in lifestyle and nutrition.
Pavlova first of all advises drinking warm, unsweetened drinks, which will help control appetite and “hydrate” the body, and also eating hot soup, which also stimulates the production of the satiety hormone cholecystokinin. The doctor in her Telegram channel noted the importance of a breakfast containing protein foods. “Protein is the most important component of a healthy diet and weight loss,” she wrote, suggesting a breakfast of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs or chicken breast.
The specialist also urged people not to forget to eat vegetables rich in fiber. In general, she recommends eating food slowly and from small plates whenever possible. In addition, to lose weight, you need to sleep at least seven hours a night. “If you get less, then you disrupt the hormones that control appetite, mood and energy,” Pavlova explained.
Previously, the doctor revealed how to get back in shape after a long break.
