In the morning, residents of Belgorod are asked not to approach the windows or go down to the shelter. A missile warning siren has been launched in Belgorod, Gladkov explained, noting that the situation in the city continues to remain tense. “There were two shellings in the morning. The air defenses worked. As soon as it dawns, we will conduct a door-to-door inspection, look at the damage, roofs, roofs, windows, facades and begin restoration work,” the governor said.

The head of the region in his Telegram channel also spoke about the shelling of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Soloti, Valuysky urban district and the consequences of the attack. “In two private households, windows were broken, the roof was cut, and the power line was also damaged,” he wrote.

He also cited data that after the shelling on December 30, 70 victims continue to remain in hospitals, 25 of them in federal clinics. “There are our residents who are in serious condition. All necessary assistance is being provided,” Gladkov said.
