A court in Moscow refused to block the YouTube channel of presenter and blogger Anastasia Ivleeva due to videos with obscene language. The corresponding lawsuit was filed by entrepreneur and public figure Alexander Morozov, TASS notes.
However, the Savyolovsky Court of Moscow decided to reject the claims, noting that the interests of the plaintiff are not affected by the information mentioned in Ivleeva’s videos, and her videos are marked “18+.”
In the lawsuit, Morozov insisted that Ivleeva uses “obscene language in public places,” “offends human dignity,” and “public morality.” He demanded to close her channel, and to collect 10 million rubles from Ivleeva herself.
Let us remind you that blogger and TV presenter Nastya Ivleeva organized a party with the “Almost naked” dress code at the Moscow club Mutabor on December 20 and 21. Singer Philip Kirkorov, journalist Ksenia Sobchak, singer Lolita, rappers Dzhigan and Vacio (Nikolai Vasiliev) and others were seen at the event. Despite subsequent apologies from Ivleeva herself and other party participants, mass cancellations of events with their participation began in Russia. In addition, a claim against Ivleeva for 1 billion rubles was registered in a Moscow court. Ivleeva herself was fined 100 thousand rubles.
