Because of what was stated in the previous paragraph, one of the projects that I consider the most important that I developed in this year 2023, which is now a reality, was to strengthen the House of Ecuadorian Culture NĂșcleo del Guayas (CCENG) as an operational training center that approved undersecretary for professional qualifications of the Ministry of Labour, which is framed within his competences for community work and is intended for the cultural and artistic sector as well as for art teachers.

From now on, CCENG can offer continuing education courses in the arts, with learning characterized by flexibility, variety and a practical approach. In 2024, it will offer courses in different areas of the arts that will address the diverse interests and needs of participants.

This not only positions CCENG as a cultural reference at the local, provincial, national and regional levels with access to innovative teaching and learning methodologies in virtual and blended mode with quality educational resources, but will also enable the establishment of collaboration with experts in various fields. , giving participants access to high-quality knowledge and experience through training programs accredited by the Ministry of Labour. This allows us to offer opportunities for continuous professional development, ensuring that those who attend are up-to-date with the latest trends and educational methodologies in the arts, and with the opportunity to connect with each other, creating a valuable community that can benefit the future. Likewise, they will be able to adapt to the changing demands of the labor market and contribute to the development of skills and knowledge in the community that can have a positive social and economic impact.

The culture of legality

Being an operator training center offers us the opportunity to have a significant impact on education and skills development, providing valuable opportunities for participants and the center operators themselves, fostering an environment that inspires creativity and personal expression, encouraging participants to explore new ideas and approaches. In addition to staying up-to-date with trends and advances in the artistic field, as well as teaching and pedagogy methods.

I can say that as a leader of artistic training It involves more than teaching technical skills: it involves nurturing creativity, promoting cultural diversity, improving emotional well-being and contributing to personal and professional development. (OR)
