Actress Talyzina said that Pugacheva should apologize

Soviet and Russian actress Valentina Talyzina has recently made numerous statements in support of Russia; she also admitted that she provides assistance to Russian soldiers. Recently, in an interview with the NTV channel, the actress spoke about her colleagues who left the country after the start of a special operation in Ukraine, including singer Alla Pugacheva.

Talyzina noted that she does not deny Pugacheva’s past merits, but believes that she should apologize to her fans.

“The woman who sings sang beautifully. I would have the courage to advise her to remember her namesake, Emelyan Pugachev. He stood on the execution site, on Red Square, before the execution. Execution was inevitable. He bowed before the people and said: “Forgive me, Orthodox people,” Talyzina said, as quoted by Strakhit.

Earlier, actress and State Duma deputy Elena Drapeko also criticized Pugacheva, noting that she greatly overestimated her importance for the Russian public. At the same time, TV presenter Kira Proshutinskaya stood up for the Diva, refusing to consider her an enemy, saying that “she helped many people.”

Earlier, Pugacheva called Russians “slaves and serfs,” and then explained herself for these words. The media wrote that the singer, who left the Russian Federation after the Northern Military District, decided to return to Russia and is already packing her bags. However, the artist came to the Russian Federation only for a few days. What exactly she did in the Russian Federation—solving real estate issues, visiting friends, recording songs—remained a mystery.
