A police report was filed against actor Pavel Derevyanko for fraud. This was reported by the Shot Telegram channel.

According to the channel, the lawsuit was filed by Muscovite Sergei N., who invested in the crypto business “Bii Soul” and entered into three loan agreements with Derevianko and Grigory Muluzyan, and invested more than 1 million rubles, but did not receive any profit as a crypto investor.

Information in the press varies – according to the Moscow agency, the contracts were concluded from September 2022 to May 2023, while the terms for the return of money under the contracts have not yet expired. RT, however, notes that the return period has already expired. The police are conducting an investigation under the article “fraud”, under which the defendants face up to five years in prison.

At the same time, the actor’s lawyer Alexander Aronov told the media that Derevyanko “himself became a victim of his own business partner.” “Pavel Derevianko did not deceive anyone, it was Nikolaenko and Muluzyan who deceived him. On the fact of illegal actions against Derevianko P.Yu. An application has already been submitted to law enforcement agencies,” the lawyer noted.

Earlier it was reported that Derevianko is trying to sue his partner Grigory Muluzyan for the crypto company Bii Soul, which he developed with him and lost 45 million rubles on investments in it.
