“With Europe or against Europe”: Polish Prime Minister issued an ultimatum to Russia, indicating that “the time for concessions is over”

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki is convinced that the “time for concessions” for Russia from Western countries is “over”, and Moscow must decide whether it wants to be with Europe or against Europe. He stated this in an interview with the newspaper la Repubblica, actually putting forward an ultimatum to Russia.

According to the Polish prime minister, “Russia must decide whether it wants to be with Europe or against Europe,” RIA Novosti reports.

In addition, Moravetsky urged the West to prepare a “harsh response in the form of tough sanctions” if Moscow demonstrates “tough policies,” especially with regard to the launch of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.

We will remind, earlier the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba in an article for Foreign Affairs proposed an “effective strategy” of containing Russia. At the same time, he ruled out that Kiev will make unilateral concessions to Moscow on the Donbass issue, as for the “direct dialogue” with the DPR and LPR, which Kuleba calls “the two regions occupied by Russia” of Ukraine.

We add that over the past month, the world media has filled the topic of the alleged Russian invasion of Ukraine and the sanctions that should follow. According to the authors and experts of these publications, a sign of an “invasion” is the concentration of Russian military equipment in the regions bordering on Ukraine.
