Protesters again broke into the airport tarmac in Makhachkala

At Makhachkala airport, law enforcement officials continue to try to deal with the heated crowd intending to prevent Israelis from arriving in Russia.

The special forces managed to clear the airport from violators, which was practically captured by rioters, and they managed to re-enter the airfield.
As can be seen from the recording published by the Baza Telegram channel, the crowd is running across the field, and sounds similar to gunshots can be heard in the distance.

Previously, aggressive young people checked the documents of airport passengers and cars leaving the airport. They also looked for visitors from Israel in the airport premises.

Meanwhile, five hours after a crowd began to gather at the airport, the head of the republic, Sergei Melikov, commented on the situation. “There is no courage in waiting in a crowd for unarmed people who have not done anything prohibited. There is no determination to break into the airport territory. There is no honor in swearing at strangers, reaching into their pockets and trying to check their passports!” he said.

The Dagestan prosecutor’s office has monitored the progress of the investigation into the criminal case initiated by the regional department of the Russian Investigative Committee on the fact of mass riots in Makhachkala.
