“There is not much time left before the New Year, so it will not be possible to lose much weight. But it is possible to lose some pounds, ”Solomatina said in an interview with Sputnik radio.
The secret, as noted by the doctor, is to completely abandon the sweet and salty. From sweet and starchy foods, a person gains fat, and salty retains moisture in the body and knocks down metabolic processes, the nutritionist explained. Solomatina urged to include fiber in the diet – it will help to quickly correct the figure. “Every meal should be accompanied by vegetables.
