The Belgorod region experienced another day under heavy shelling. According to the head of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, almost 100 shells were fired at the villages.

So, 11 of them flew in the Belgorod region – in the village of Shchetinovka, one drone was also shot down in the villages of Krutoy Log and Toplinka, and in the village of Naumovka the enemy dropped two fragmentation munitions from a UAV. The village of Dolgoye in the Valuysky urban district also came under fire – 4 shells were fired from cannon artillery. Another 5 arrivals were recorded in the Volokonovsky district: the Stary farmstead was shelled. In the Grayvoronsky urban district, the outskirts of the village of Dronovka came under mortar fire – 8 arrivals, and in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, two artillery shells were fired on the outskirts of the village of Staroselye, and three in the area between the villages of Vyazovoye and Ilek-Penkovka.

Gladkov added that the city of Shebekino in the Shebekinsky district was shelled from the Grad MLRS – three shells. As a result, an industrial enterprise on the territory of the production workshop was damaged. And in the village of Murom, 4 fragmentation munitions were dropped from a UAV. Also, 10 artillery and 8 mortar shells were fired at the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, and 29 grenade launcher shells were fired at the village of Krasnoye. Also, according to the governor, the village of Novoe, Volokonovsky district, was attacked by a drone, which dropped an explosive device on a passing car; as a result, the driver was hospitalized with a slight concussion and shrapnel wounds.

At the same time, there was unrest in another border region. In the center of Kursk, a drone attacked an administrative building, resulting in “slight damage to the roof.” Later, air defense also went off near Kursk, said regional governor Roman Starovoyt. He clarified that there were no casualties after the attack.
