It is not the first time that the biological father has kidnapped a four-year-old son from his mother and hid his whereabouts. The child ombudsman of the city Anna Mityanina commented on the disappearance of the child in the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg and the beating of his mother.
The incident happened on the way to kindergarten – a man beat a woman and took the boy.
“Previously, the biological father had already taken him away and kept him away from his mother. For several months she did not know where he was, in what state of health, she was deprived of the opportunity to communicate with him, to take part in his life and upbringing. Desperate, the woman posted ads about her son’s disappearance in the northern districts of the city and posted information on social networks. The first time the boy and his father were found in a rented apartment thanks to a resident of the Parnas district, ”said Mityanina.
Then, against the man, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Art. 5.35 h. 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The second time, the father, who was not yet deprived of parental rights, disappeared with the child during a meeting in the presence of bailiffs, although he had the right to see him only on strictly defined days and hours, and only in the presence of an official.
In the summer of 2020, history repeated itself, and the bailiffs of the Kalininsky district again handed over the son to the mother.
“In modern society, situations like the one that happened yesterday morning in our city are immoral and unacceptable. The victim was hospitalized. She was diagnosed with a broken nose, multiple bruises on her face and injuries throughout her body. The worst thing is that the mother again does not know where her four-year-old son is. This is an irreparable psychological trauma for both the woman and the little boy, ”said Mityanina, adding that she keeps the situation under control.
