Over the past 24 hours, Russian air defense systems have shot down 28 Ukrainian drones, two JDAM aerial bombs, one HARM projectile and one HIMARS projectile. This was reported to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Four regions of Russia have been hit by drone attacks and shelling.
Thus, the Belgorod region came under massive shelling, noted the head of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov. He clarified that 24 artillery shells were fired in the Belgorod region at the villages of Naumovka, Zhuravlevka, Valkovsky. In the Valuysky urban district, 10 shells were recorded – the village of Nizhnie Melnitsy and the village of Verigovka were fired upon, and in the village of Koloskovo, a UAV was shot down by an air defense system. Drones also attacked the village of Dolgoe three times. 10 shells were fired into the Volokonovsky district – into the village of Stary. In the Grayvoronsky urban district, 31 shells landed on the outskirts of the villages of Zarechye-Pervoye, Zarechye-Vtoroye, Sdaryushino and Gorkovsky. In the Borisov district, on the outskirts of the Lozovaya Rudka village, the enemy attacked with the help of a kamikaze drone, Gladkov clarified. In the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, the outskirts of the village of Terebreno came under artillery fire – 5 arrivals, and 6 artillery shells arrived on the outskirts of the village of Staroselye. Also in the Shebekinsky district, two artillery shells were fired at the city of Shebekino, as a result of which the truck driver received a shrapnel wound. Industrial enterprises and three trucks were damaged. Bombs were dropped on the village of Murom, two artillery shells were fired on the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, and two on the village of Terezovka. The village of Kozinka, Grayvoronsky urban district, also came under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Two private residential buildings were damaged.
The Kursk region was also attacked. As regional governor Roman Starovoit reported on his Telegram channel, three people were injured during shelling of the border village of Uspenovka in the Korenevsky district. Two people had minor injuries, one had serious injuries, and he was taken to the hospital.
Also in the Voronezh region, electronic warfare forces identified and suppressed an unmanned aerial vehicle, said the head of the region, Alexander Gusev. According to him, there were no casualties or damage.
Earlier in the morning, an attack on the Oryol region was reported. It was noted that the oil depot was on fire.
