Honored Artist of Russia Ramilya Iskander (Khisamova), who is accused of attempted drug trafficking, was sent to a pre-trial detention center until the end of October. This was reported in the district court in Penza, MK reports.
The actress will remain in pre-trial detention until October 21.
The media clarifies that the decision to arrest the artist was made on August 31, but it became known only now.
The artist’s defense filed an appeal, but it has not yet been considered.
Let us remind you that earlier it became known that the actress was detained in Moscow after a total of about two kilograms of drugs were found in her car and apartment. A criminal case has been initiated against the artist under Part 5 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (production, sale or transfer of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale).
Ramilya Iskander is an artist of the Russian Academic Youth Theater. She played roles in more than 30 films, among them: “Experts”, “I’m going out to look for you”, “Tsar”, “Suggested Circumstances”, “Keeper”, “The Krapivin Case”, “Furtseva”, “Lyudmila Gurchenko”, “ Someone else’s happiness”, “Doctor Richter.
