In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, four natives of Azerbaijan were detained after a fight with residents of the city of Sharypovo, as a result of which one person died, the press service of the regional Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reports.
According to investigators, at about 5 am on August 26, on the street in the 6th microdistrict of the city of Sharypovo, three Azerbaijanis, being in a state of intoxication, molested the girl, and the couple and their acquaintance stood up for her. The suspects then called their friend, who brought rebar and two construction hammers.
“As a result, the verbal conflict turned into a fight. Four suspects attacked the victims and inflicted multiple blows on various parts of their bodies with rebar and hammers. One of the suspects stabbed with a knife that he had with him, ”the Investigative Committee reported.
As a result, a 30-year-old man died on the spot due to stab wounds, a 27-year-old victim and his 25-year-old wife were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
The investigation opened three criminal cases against the suspects (depending on the role of each) under Part 1 of Art. 105, paragraph “z” part 2 of Art. 111, part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (murder, intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, hooliganism). The criminal cases were merged into one proceeding.
