President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot be involved in the crash of the plane of the founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin, RBC reports citing the state news agency BelTA.
“I know Putin. This is a prudent, very calm and even slow person, making decisions on other, less complex issues. Therefore, I cannot imagine that Putin did it, that Putin is to blame. Too rough, unprofessional work, for that matter, ”said the President of Belarus.
Earlier, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov commented on the statements of Western media and politicians that the Kremlin could allegedly be involved in the death of the head of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin. Peskov called this kind of statement “an absolute lie.”
Recall that the business jet Embraer Prigozhin, flying from Moscow to St. Petersburg, crashed on the evening of August 23 in the Tver region. The Federal Air Transport Agency stated that Prigozhin was on board the crashed plane.
