Spending on getting a child to school by September 1 this year in Russia increased by 30%. Such data are provided by Rosstat.

According to the statistics service, compared to 2022, for all items of expenditure, the amount increased by almost 9.8 thousand rubles. – up to 43,029 rubles, while the school uniform turned out to be the most expensive in the shopping list. It costs an average of 20,414 rubles. – the price of the form increased by 3,866 rubles. compared to 2022. By September 1, on average, Russians can spend 2,113 rubles on gifts for teachers, which is 564 rubles more than last year. (36%).

School fees have also increased. On average, they are valued at 3,361 rubles, which is 1,304 rubles more than last year.

The Rosstat data is based on a survey conducted by VTsIOM, which conducted a telephone survey. It was attended by 1.6 thousand Russians over the age of 18.
