The Ministry of Internal Affairs showed footage of the interrogation of a 20-year-old migrant from Tajikistan, Shakhzod Juraboev, who hit a girl while jogging in Nakhabino because of her appearance.

The video shows the suspect being led into an office to talk to an investigator. During the interrogation, the visitor admitted his guilt and stated that by his act “he saved her (the girl – ed.) from sin.”

It is known about the detainee that he suffers from schizophrenia and came to the Moscow region for treatment. In 2022, the guy ended up in a mental hospital, then his condition was assessed as “not endangering others.” After that, the young man was released home.

The attack on a girl during a morning run in the Moscow region because she was in shorts caused a great outcry.

21-year-old victim Faina Ryazanova from Bishkek told MK the details of what happened. According to her, the main questions of the strange man were: “Why are you running like that?” and “Why do you look like that?”. The girl remembered how she received a punch on the cheek. “My earpiece fell out, my lip began to swell, blood came out of my mouth,” the victim said.

On the fact of the attack, a criminal case has already been initiated under the article “Hooliganism committed with the use of violence against citizens or with the threat of its use.”
