The country has a huge task of recovering the lost areas of democracy and institutions, apart from the election results. The ambitions of politicians led to this situation of crisis and violence, institutional disruption, connection with narcopolitics and the current of 21st century socialism, which only impoverished the people and confronted them from within.
Today, people live in a region with three selves: constant uncertainty, not knowing where they are going; political instability, surrounded by those who destroyed democratic regimes and institutions; and legal uncertainty, which scares away foreign and domestic investments.
The lack of active participation of citizens, with civic and patriotic awareness, has allowed the political class in general to control the situation after the prostitution of the party system, which has become a large electoral enterprise that profits from this activity; They are organized only for elections, without principles, values and new leadership.
For this reason, it is necessary to promote a deep political and institutional reform from a citizen’s initiative, because it was unfeasible in the legislature, where there was no will and decision to implement the requested changes. On the contrary, they adapted to this corrupt and privileged system.
Electoral reform is imposed on political parties, because it is not possible to survive with more than 270 movements, in the middle of a falsified registration system, with false signatures of alleged collaborators of organizations, which is proven every time their files and that no one dares to tear it down and create one with transparency and real data.
It cannot go unpunished when the leaders themselves used false public documents, with forged signatures, of alleged subsidiaries, and dared to challenge the candidacies, in full view of the patience of the electoral authorities. Seriously: the electorate is full of these fake affiliations. It is only when they come to carry out the procedure and come in to verify the affiliation that this serious irregularity is discovered. It is a story many years old that remains untouched.
Justice cannot be trusted when there is an administrative and disciplinary body that acts against judges who prosecute corrupt acts, but is very lenient towards sales judges who remain in their posts despite acting contrary to express legal and constitutional norms, and even restore political rights to those who received convictions.
An assembly that, in its new composition, will hopefully respond to citizens’ requests in sensitive issues with urgent legislation: security, health, education, social security, regulations to combat corruption.
It is disappointing to see the country pass away, without leaders thinking about building a different state. On the contrary, they live off this system and do not care about the future of not only the people, but also their families, children and grandchildren, which is irresponsible. (OR)
