At night, at the time of the attack and the fall of the drone on the roof of the station in Kursk, there were 50 people in the building. This was announced by the head of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit in Telegram.
He clarified that all passengers were promptly evacuated. Five people were injured. Three of them were examined by doctors and released home. Two more refused medical assistance.
“The roof, the facade, the first platform were damaged. Also, as a result of the blast wave, there are damages in the waiting room and the pedestrian tunnel,” Starovoit added. He clarified that the first platform is temporarily closed, landing is carried out from the second and third platforms.
We will remind, earlier in the morning the drone crashed into the railway station in Kursk. The drone flew into the roof of the building, causing a fire. Five people were slightly injured by glass fragments. According to the Telegram channel SHOT, eyewitnesses reported an explosion in the sky over Kursk. Presumably, the drone was asleep in the area of the station, the wreckage of which fell on the object.
