According to the press service of the department, the head of the UK responded to appeals and comments in social networks from residents of the Parnas microdistrict, dissatisfied with the start of construction of a settling and turning area for buses near a residential area and a recreational area at the corner of Zarechnaya and Mikhail Dudin streets (Vyborgsky district of St. Petersburg).
“The area chosen for construction is located a few meters from the playground, as well as the only public garden in the village. Local residents fear that vehicle emissions will adversely affect the health of residents, and the noise of buses will disturb their peace. Appeals to the competent authorities did not bring results, ”the ministry said in a statement.
Alexander Bastrykin instructed and. O. Oleg Bobkov, head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for St. Petersburg, initiate a criminal case and submit a report to him on the circumstances established during the initial investigative actions, and upon completion of the investigation, on its results. A procedural check has been organized in the GSU. The execution of the order was put under control in the central office of the department, the press service added.
