A total of 18 different brands of minced meat were studied. They were tested for 86 indicators of safety, quality, organoleptic characteristics and labeling reliability. It turned out that 11 brands do not meet the standards for microbiological indicators. Thus, excesses in the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms were detected in the trademarks Azbuka Vkusa, Rokoko, SPAR, Perekrestok, Myasnov, Chernyshikhinsky Meat and Yaroslavl Broiler, while in Troekurovo, “Every day” and “Chernyshikhinsky meat” – bacteria of the E. coli group were found. Minced meat producers were notified of the results of the study, all of them began corrective actions, some decided to dispose of the batches of meat contaminated with pathogenic organisms.
Earlier, a test of soap in Russia showed that 25% of soap on the domestic market is ineffective against four strains of bacteria – Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida. Roskachestvo named among these samples – liquid soap brands “Auchan”, “Grandma Agafia’s Recipes”, Absolut, Bio-Mio and Faberlic.
