The Ministry of Health intends to complete the process of introducing restrictions on the sale of abortion drugs and their registration by the end of the year. This, as reported by “Interfax”, said the head of department Mikhail Murashko.
According to the minister, such drugs should be “strictly controlled for circulation in medical and pharmaceutical organizations.”
Murashko also considered it a “vicious practice” that young people strive to achieve “some kind of material well-being” before having children.
“This vicious practice is that first study, career, the formation of some kind of material well-being. Unfortunately, when it comes to the implementation of their reproductive tasks, childbearing, a woman is already losing her health by this age, and there are difficulties with childbearing, including, among other things, infertility and much more, ”TASS quotes the minister.
Therefore, it is precisely to explain that young age is a priority for childbearing, family formation and the formation of a life path, career, and so on – this is a more correct position, ”he said.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova instructed the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation to submit proposals on the advisability of a ban on abortion for minors from 15 years of age without parental consent.
