Ecuador began this December the booster vaccination of people over 18 years of age who completed six months after the second dose was applied.
In Ecuador, the booster dose against SARS-CoV-2 is currently being administered to people over 18 years of age who completed the vaccination schedule and completed the second dose for 6 months.
From the Ministry of Health, the authorities insist that in addition to the third dose, people who for any reason have not received the first or second dose, especially children between 5 and 17 years old and young people between 18 and 24 years old, can be vaccinated. Remember that the vaccine is free.
