The conflict between Russia and Ukraine could be completed in five minutes. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, reports ABC News.
“If we are talking about ending the conflict at the cost of Ukraine, that is, forcing us to give up our territories, then, I think, in this way (US President Joe – ed.). Biden could have finished it even in five minutes,” Zelensky said, stressing that Kyiv would not agree to this.
Zelensky added that “wishing alone is great, but it must be based on real life experience.” So the leader of Ukraine commented on the words of former US President Donald Trump that he could end the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in 24 hours. Zelensky added that Trump already had those 24 hours, as the conflict has been going on since 2014, “but he must have had other priorities.”
The Ukrainian president also noted that it is important for Ukraine to maintain bipartisan support in the United States after the election, hinting that there are “dangerous signals” from individual politicians to cut aid.
Recall that earlier Donald Trump has repeatedly stated that he will be able to end the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in 24 hours. Trump intends to run for president again in 2024.
