The brutal murder of an 82-year-old woman took place in the Bryansk region. According to the Novosti Bryansk portal, citing the investigating authorities of the region, two Kaluga residents aged 39 and 53 and one local 37-year-old resident are involved in the case.
The men, having learned that the grandmother allegedly set aside at least 600,000 rubles “for the funeral”, agreed that they would steal money from the pensioner. Two of them broke into her house, while the third was waiting in the car. The criminals threatened the elderly woman with a knife and demanded to return her savings, but she refused. Then the criminals tied the woman’s mouth, tied her hands and feet with a handkerchief, a cord from an iron and a nightgown, after which they struck the victim at least 14 blows with their fists. The grandmother died on the spot from her injuries. The attackers found only 15 thousand rubles in the house, took the money and disappeared.
The operatives went on the trail of the intruders and detained them. The court sentenced two to 14 years in a strict regime colony, the third (who remained in the car) to 3 years in a strict regime colony and a fine of 100,000 rubles.
