The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation after the shooting at the Izhevsk school opened a criminal case on inciting hatred. This was announced by the official representative of the department Svetlana Petrenko.

As Petrenko clarified, the shooter was a supporter of the ideology of the Columbine terrorist movement banned in the Russian Federation (included in the list of terrorist and extremist organizations).
It also became known that law enforcement officers detained a psychotherapist, under whose supervision the criminal was. We are talking about an employee of the Republican Clinical Center for Mental Health, writes “MK”.
The publication notes that in a suicide note, the shooter described how he “hates everyone” and wants to commit murder.
Recall that on September 26, 34-year-old Artem Kazantsev opened fire in an Izhevsk school. The man entered the educational institution, killing the guard, and after the shooting committed suicide. As of September 27, 17 victims have died, 11 of them children.
