An article was added to the Code of Administrative Offenses, according to which a fine of 500 rubles or more is imposed on individuals for violating martial law. up to one thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to 30 days; officials may be fined from one thousand to two thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to 30 days.
If the violation was committed using a vehicle, then, in addition to a fine, confiscation of the car is possible.
Meanwhile, a counter-terrorist operation regime is operating in Moscow and the Moscow Region. As explained in the National Anti-Terrorism Committee, the decision was made in order to prevent possible terrorist attacks on the territory of the capital region. The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, added that previously announced mass events were canceled in the city.
