Citizens of a number of CIS countries were advised not to visit the border regions of Russia

The embassies of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan advised fellow citizens not to visit the regions of Russia bordering Ukraine. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova made the same recommendation, according to the websites of the diplomatic departments.

The text contains a request to the citizens of the mentioned countries, who are already in the Russian border territories, to leave them. Also, compatriots remaining in Russia are urged to avoid mass gatherings of people.

Recall that earlier in Moscow, the Moscow and Voronezh regions introduced the CTO regime. In several regions of Russia, including in the Rostov, Lipetsk, Bryansk regions, security measures have been strengthened and mass events have been canceled.

Russian President Vladimir Putin made an appeal in connection with the situation with the Wagner Cheka. The Ministry of Defense issued an appeal to the fighters of the Wagner PMC. Prior to this, the FSB of Russia opened a criminal case after information appeared on social networks on behalf of the founder of the aforementioned PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, about alleged “strike by the Ministry of Defense” on the rear camps of the Wagner group. The Center for Public Relations of the Federal Security Service reported that the information disseminated is not true.
