A partner can be kept from cheating. So says the British sexologist Tracy Cox, she is quoted by the Daily Mail.
According to the expert, cheaters often experience difficult experiences or take this step because of stupidity. But there are some effective ways to help keep a partner from betrayal, Cox concluded.
So, she advises, preferably from the first days of a relationship, to determine the list of acceptable and unacceptable actions in life, the Internet and social networks. It is also important to establish harmonious relationships in the bedroom – both partners should show interest in sex. If the initiative always comes from one person, then over time he or she begins to doubt their attractiveness, and low self-esteem pushes to seek approval from the outside, Cox added.
She also advised couples not to focus on the quantity of sex, but to invest in quality. According to her, “sex once a month, but filled with enthusiasm and mutual love, satisfies more than pathetic, albeit regular contacts three times a week.”
The specialist also urged to pay attention to appearance – it is advisable for both partners to monitor their health and try to look their best in order to remain attractive. Finally, Cox advised couples to be kind and considerate to each other every day. Daily small tokens do more for a harmonious relationship than chic gifts once a year, the specialist is sure.
