A terrible crime happened in Khakassia. In one of the houses, the remains of a woman were found in the oven, according to the investigating authorities of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region.
According to the investigation, a 37-year-old resident of the village of Askiz, Askiz district, came to the police and reported the disappearance of his 28-year-old cohabitant. However, law enforcement officers found traces indicating the criminal nature of the woman’s disappearance.
The police came with a search to the man and found traces of blood there, as well as a hacksaw with traces of biological origin. under the pressure of evidence, the man confessed to the murder of his partner. He said that a quarrel arose between him and his girlfriend – she accused him of excessive drinking. The man took a knife and stabbed his wife in the neck. The woman died on the spot. To hide the traces of the murder, the attacker dismembered her body with a hacksaw and burned it in an oven.
A DNA examination conducted during the investigation showed that the samples of biological origin found on the hacksaw belong to the missing woman.
The accused was taken into custody. The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
