The court imposed restrictions on the dacha of the singer Alla Pugacheva, located in the village of Berezhki near Moscow. She has owned this property for thirty years.
According to KP, it turned out that Pugacheva was sued by local authorities, from whom she rented a section of the coastline near her house.
The legislation does not provide for the sale of a descent to the water and a pier, and therefore the artist was forced to conclude a lease. However, Pugacheva delayed the next payment: the debt amounted to 44 thousand rubles. plus penalties – another 7 thousand rubles.
Thus, the district administration went to court with a claim for recovery. According to the publication, restrictions have been imposed on the dacha in Berezhki, due to which the property cannot be sold.
As star lawyer Andrey Aleshkin explained to KP, restrictions can be imposed in court due to any penalties – tax, rent debts, for example. In his opinion, this may be due precisely to the debt of Alla Pugacheva for the leased land.
Thus, until the moment the debt is repaid, restrictions will be imposed on the property, and therefore Pugacheva will not be able to conclude a sale and purchase transaction.
