Blogger Lerchek (Valery Chekalina), despite the ban of the capital’s court, continues to use means of communication. According to the Super edition, Chekalina was seen with an iPhone in her hands.
“Lerchek left her house in a dress and high heels, got into a blue Bentley and went on business,” the newspaper writes, indicating that the blogger first drove into a dental clinic, from where she left with an iPhone in her hands, typing a message on her smartphone, and then went to a premium hookah bar.
“Having settled down in the VIP room, she began to smoke without coming off her mobile phone,” Super journalists say.
Recall that on March 16, a court in Moscow chose the Chekalin spouses – Valeria and Artem, accused of laundering 130 million rubles, a measure of restraint in the form of a ban on certain actions. In particular, they were forbidden to use the Internet and other means of communication. They were also forbidden to communicate with witnesses and accomplices, except for close relatives.
At the same time, the court did not impose restrictions on the movement of the accused.
Chekalin was charged with money laundering on an especially large scale. The other day, the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow, as an interim measure, seized more than 311 million rubles in the bank accounts of the Chekalins.
