Faced with cable thieves, metal thefts from public works and chambers that cause power outages in cities, scattered garbage, urban degeneration, it must be punished, educated, taken.

Alex Xavier Leon Ramirez

It is clear that not all individuals will achieve their goals within society, or only partially; The consequences can vary from resigned acceptance and adaptation to the environment, to the emergence of deviant behaviors that strive to achieve these goals by illegal methods.

The causes are multiple, a bad economic situation and a destroyed family contribute to this. Social life creates a series of aspirations and expectations that the social structure itself cannot then satisfy, which leads to a series of individual or collective frustrations that generate rejection mechanisms, deviant behaviors and marginalization. In this environment, it is easy for minors to become delinquents, because everything leads to evil behavior. In this environment, it is common to establish a relationship with the immoral adults under whose domain they fall, since they are the subject of true persecution that leads them down the paths of vice and bad living. Getting out of that situation is a utopia. The entire spectrum that I sketched is, in short, a heartbreaking picture that we observe in many of our cities, which in many cases is the fault of our society due to the lack of organization and capacity that do not offer the vast majority of the population a condition of existence that guarantees minimum dignity and effective protection. The center of the problem cannot be transformed and eradicated by legal norms. (OR)

Put a heavy hand on criminals who don’t want their cities, they don’t mind harming citizens by harming them. The authorities must do something that this has become commonplace and punish the thieves and buyers of stolen goods, implementing controls.

Each neighborhood must have a neighborhood watchman and prevent robberies with the cooperation of all residents. (OR)

They have authorities, teachers and families to educate.

You have to educate in the neighborhood, study centers, media campaigns; imprison those who steal and damage cities, those who buy stolen things; undertake state projects for the employment of decent jobs and the training of recyclers, chamber workers, informal workers and the unemployed. Do not damage the decorations of the cities. (OR)
