Also on the night of May 13, explosions occurred in Nikolaev. The head of the regional military administration, Vitaly Kim, said that fires broke out after that, one of them in a five-story building. Also, a fire broke out at one of the enterprises. Three people were injured. The fire was eliminated, the air raid alert in the city was cancelled.
An air defense system worked in the Kyiv region; Authorities urged residents to stay in shelters and other safe places until the alarm ends. Later, the alarm was also canceled.
According to Ukrainian media, the sounds of explosions were also heard in the Lviv region in western Ukraine. Deputy of the Lviv City Council Igor Zinkevich reported in his Telegram about the work of air defense.
