Every person would like to prolong youth, but not everyone knows what needs to be done for this. Nutritionist Igor Strokov told MedikForum what factors help slow down the aging process.
So, he advised to use matcha tea. “Match tea contains substances that, among other things, prevent cancer. Matcha is made from finely ground green tea, which is considered very healthy due to its high content of polyphenols (secondary plant substances). Several studies have already confirmed this,” Strokov explained.
He also named the herbal remedy resveratrol. Resveratrol is also a secondary plant substance found in the skin of red grapes and therefore also found in red wine. Blueberries, cranberries and cocoa also contain resveratrol.
Post for 12 hours. One of the most common methods of intermittent fasting is to not eat from 8 pm to 8 am, thereby freeing the body for twelve hours. Data from previous research also indicates that intermittent fasting can have a positive impact on health, the expert claims.
Another factor has to do with stress. Stress management is one of the most important anti-aging measures. The human factor also plays its role: “Increasingly, I surround myself only with people who are not idiots,” the expert shared.
The fifth factor that helps slow down the aging process is exercise. Primarily aerobic training, that is, endurance training, such as jogging, cycling or swimming. “If you train at least three times a week, you will do a lot to slow down the aging process,” Strokov concluded.
