A fire broke out in the reservoir of the Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar Territory. According to TASS, the cause of the fire was the fall of a drone.
The head of the region, Veniamin Kondratiev, said that, according to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of the incident.
He added that nothing threatens the population of the village of Ilsky.
In turn, the head of the Seversky district, Andrei Doroshevsky, said that the maximum permissible concentration of harmful substances was not exceeded during the burning of a tank with oil products.
According to TASS, the fire area of the tank with oil products amounted to 400 square meters. m. To date, the fire is extinguished.
RBC writes that this is the second attack on an oil facility in the region in a day. On the night of May 3, a drone hit a tank with oil products in the village of Volna in the Temryuk region. The fire area was 1.2 thousand square meters. m.
Meanwhile, the Telegram channel SHOT reported another fire at an oil refinery that broke out tonight in the Rostov region. At the Novoshakhtinsk oil products plant
a drone crashed into the overpass structures under construction, after which it exploded, the report said. There are no victims or injured.
