In Moscow, the car ran over an elderly woman who lost consciousness right on the roadway. According to the Telegram channel of the Moscow Department of Transport, the incident occurred on Parshin Street.
On the frames published on the channel “Deptrans. Operatively”, it is clear that the pensioner with a cane was walking near the parking lot. Suddenly, the woman became ill. Having lost consciousness, she collapsed right on the roadway, and when she came to, she could not get up on her own.
At the same time, the driver of one of the parked cars drove out of the parking lot. The man, apparently, did not notice the elderly woman lying on the road and twice drove straight through her.
After getting out of the car, he approached the pensioner lying on the road, and then started making phone calls.
As the press service of the capital’s prosecutor’s office clarified, the 87-year-old woman was hospitalized in a medical facility, where, despite the medical assistance provided, she died.
The prosecutor’s office of the SZAO put under control the establishment of the circumstances of the accident, as well as the progress and results of the procedural check and the adoption of a procedural decision under Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, including the initiation of a criminal case.
