The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg returned to the compilers the materials of the administrative case against Alexander Nevzorov (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation). In Russia, he has already been sentenced to 8 years in prison for fake news about the army.

As reported, the journalist who left was charged with an administrative offense under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity.

According to the United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg, the materials were compiled with violations. Thus, it is known that Nevzorov left Russia, but the court was not provided with information that the necessary documents were actually sent to him, which does not allow establishing the legality of drawing up the decision.
