The disappearance of information on income for previous years from the websites of federal departments will not interfere with anti-corruption activities. According to RBC, such a statement was made by the press secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, the basis for anti-corruption work is preserved, and this work continues consistently. According to the press secretary of the president, the main thing is not the publication of such data, but the fact that the materials are submitted to the relevant authorities “exactly the same as they were submitted.”

Peskov added that the Kremlin has not removed any data from its website. As for the removal of information on the resources of ministries, the reasons for this decision should be clarified with the departments themselves, he said.

Earlier, Telegram channels drew attention to the fact that the declaration on the income of employees of the department for 2021 had disappeared from the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry. The department recalled the relevant decree of Vladimir Putin of December 2022, which exempts security officials and officials who take, previously took or will take part in hostilities in the territories of new regions and Ukraine from publishing this information. According to the document, its effect extends to legal relations from February 24, 2022, the day the hostilities began. At the same time, the decree does not mention the removal of old declarations.

RBC also notes that there are currently no documents at all on the website of the Ministry of Transport in the corresponding section.
