The investigator opened a criminal case on negligence after a teacher beat a child in Balashikha. As TASS was told in the press service of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, earlier information was received that the teacher of one of the kindergartens in Balashikha had inflicted bodily harm on a child.
The circumstances of the incident are currently being established. It is planned to conduct interrogations, the appointment of a forensic medical examination.
As specified in the press service of the Moscow region prosecutor’s office, the victim is a child born in 2018.
Ivan Melnikov, vice-president of the Russian branch of the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights, told TASS that the incident took place at the Polyanka specialized local educational institution. He received an appeal from the mother of the child. The woman reported that her son with cerebral palsy was beaten by a teacher. The boy regularly comes from kindergarten with abrasions, bruises, bruises and bruises. At the same time, she repeatedly turned to the leadership of the kindergarten with questions about why her son was injured in the institution.
