Since last November 12, Sebastián Yunda, investigated for illicit association and son of the former mayor of Quito Jorge Yunda, has been wanted by Interpol.

Next Tuesday, November 23, the private audience will be held at the Criminalistics offices in Quito for the fixing, opening, exploitation, extraction, analysis, materialization, preservation and transcription of the content of two cell phones that would belong the ex-mayor of Quito Jorge Yunda and his son Sebastián.

The proceedings will be attended by the prosecutor in the case Mónica Tirado and the defense lawyers of the eight prosecuted for the crime of illicit association: Sebastián Yunda, his uncle César Yunda, Christian Hernández, former adviser by Jorge Yunda; Cinthya Puga, already at that time former head of the mayor’s office Yunda; Adrián Haro, manager of the metropolitan public company EMSeguridad; Pamela Novoa; Nancy Gaybor and her husband, the Chinese-Ecuadorian businessman Yinlong Wang.
