In an interview with Sputnik, she clarified that when eating products containing these substances, body temperature rises and metabolism is activated – all this contributes to a more intensive consumption of fat.
According to her, all natural whole foods without chemical additives and industrial processing can be considered fat-burning – vegetables and fruits, nuts, fish, meat, eggs, whole grains. The doctor explained that when they are digested, energy is released, which goes to heat production. In particular, a product that accelerates fat burning is pepper. Hot peppers contain capsaicin and black pepper contains piperine, both of which are natural thermogenics.
