Scientists from Anglia Ruskin University found that yoga and running help in the fight against premature ejaculation in men. About it writes the edition DailyMail.

Scientists analyzed 54 studies that looked at the problem of premature ejaculation and how to solve it. In the results of the review, the authors listed effective non-pharmacological methods of dealing with the problem.

It turned out that men who ran 30 minutes a day for five days a week increased the duration of sex on average from 40 seconds to more than three minutes. Sedentary men reached orgasm after 50 seconds.

Yoga classes had the same effect. Intercourse time for men who practiced yoga more than tripled, from just under 26 seconds to nearly a minute and a half.

In addition, exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, as well as the technique of stopping sex, help to prolong sexual intercourse. This method implies that during intercourse, the man must stop and squeeze the head of the penis.

Scientists claim that these methods work just as effectively as medications.
