The Moscow Arbitration Court ordered the Agency for the Management and Use of Historical and Cultural Monuments to carry out work to preserve the Faberge Dacha, a monument of 19th-century manor architecture in Aspen Roshcha. The repair of a cultural heritage site of federal significance was required by the Committee for State Control, Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments.

Priority emergency response work must be completed within twelve months from the date of entry into force of the court decision, restoration work of the facility, including the treatment of trees and the installation of information signs – within 36 months.

In case of non-execution of the court decision within the prescribed period, the owner will have to pay 100 thousand rubles, and in case of further non-execution – 200 thousand rubles for each claim until the actual execution of the court decision.

Earlier, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Vyborgsky District of St. Petersburg opened a criminal case on the destruction of this historic building at 14 Pesochnoye Highway. The owner of the object and the land plot on the right of permanent (unlimited) use is the FGBUK Agency for the Management and Use of Historical and Cultural Monuments (AUIPIK). For a long time, the estate has been in disrepair, despite the fact that, according to the documents, it should have been restored before mid-2022.

A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on violation of the requirements for the preservation or use of cultural heritage objects (monuments of history and culture).
