It is rendered by the student who obtained an average annual score of less than five out of ten (5/10) as a final grade for any subject or who has not passed the supplementary exam, according to article 213.
In this case, the teacher of the corresponding subject must prepare a schedule of academic activities that each student will have to complete at home with the help of their family, so that 15 days before the start date of classes for the new school year (2023- 2024), take this cumulative test only once.
The remedial exam consists of a structured basic test, the same as the supplementary one.

If a student fails remedial exams in two or more subjects, they must repeat the grade or course.

According to article 214 of the regulations of the Organic Law of Intercultural Education, in the event that a student fails a remedial exam of a single subject, they will take a grace exam five days before the start of the school year (2023-2024).
If you pass this exam, you will be promoted to the higher grade or course, but if you fail it, you must repeat the previous grade or course.

Holidays for public sector teachers
