A man was killed with several gunshot wounds when he was with his wife and a minor daughter in the doorway of their home in the city of Quinindé, central Esmeraldas province.
This violent murder type hitman took place in the Nuevos Horizontes Bajo neighborhood, via Palciem, reported the ECU911 and the National Police, on the night of this Thursday, November 11.
The aggressor who was mobilizing on a motorcycle fired at least nine times. As a result, the man, identified as Cristhian Castro González, approximately 30 years old, and his wife were injured, while the minor was unharmed.
Later, those affected were transferred to the southern Delfina Torres hospital in the city of Esmeraldas, but González died on the way.
On Monday 1 of this month, the driver Silvio Rogel, who was traveling with two children in a red double-cab van from El Carmen (Manabí) to Esmeraldas, died from gunshot wounds.
According to witnesses, two men on a motorcycle shot the victim near the bridge over the Quinindé river.
