A judge from the Flagrancy Unit ordered preventive detention against Jorge M., a member of the Guayaquil Fire Department, who was arrested with 200 kilos of cocaine this week.
The Provincial Court of Justice indicated that on Thursday, February 9, the hearing to classify flagrante delicto and formulate charges was held and there the preventive detention of the indicated citizen was issued.

For this fact, a criminal proceeding has been initiated for the crime of trafficking in substances subject to control, which will last 30 days.
