Electronic devices before bed. Several studies have shown that people who use electronic devices before bed have a hard time waking up in the morning, unlike those who read a printed paper book before bed. The fact is that the blue light emitted by smartphones and tablets suppresses the normal production of melatonin, the sleep hormone. For the sake of quality sleep, doctors advise turning off all electronic devices an hour and a half before bedtime.

In general, doctors emphasize, it is important that a person sleeps at night in conditions of real darkness, without even diffused light from home lamps or street lighting entering the room.

Wrong pillow. Another reason that explains fatigue and weakness after sleep. The wrong pillow contributes to the curvature of the spine, neck pain, headaches. Experts emphasized that the pillow should support the head and neck, but not the shoulders. Its height should match the width of the shoulder. People who prefer to sleep on their backs should avoid pillows under their heads.

Inappropriate posture. One of the worst is on the stomach. Because of it, you can wake up with neck pain in the morning, especially if the pillow is too high or too low. Also, incorrect body position during sleep can cause shoulder pain (for example, if a person sleeps on his side with his head on his arm), or lower back pain (after sleeping on his stomach).
