With a bullet impact in the head, a woman of approximately 30 years of age was murdered on the morning of this Thursday the 11th in the rural area of Esmeraldas.

Witnesses and drivers commented that when the crime occurred the woman, identified as Naly Tadeo, 21, was traveling with her mother and a man in a red car. The body of the female was lying on the side of the road.
According to preliminary data from witnesses, the attackers were apparently traveling on a motorcycle that fled the scene.
Police officers from the Tabiazo and Vuelta Larga circuits, together with Commander Pablo Velasco, from Subzone 8; Joffre García, from the Esmeraldas district; and Érick Rivadeneira, chief of operations, traveled to the area to initiate investigations into the case.
For now, a man has been detained for investigations.
